DISPOSABLE, WASTE REDUCTION and RECYCLE Our store absolutely FREE of Polytryrene Foam (Styrofoam). All of our disposable products are made from renewable resources, plant-based material which are Eco-friendly 100% biodegradable 100% compostable (approximately 45 days in a commercial composting facility). Cutlery made from white birch wood. The raw wood used in the production comes from controlled renewable and biodegradable resource timber, with high quality, hygienic manufacturer during and packing process. Straw made from corn Cup 100% biodegradable paper and lined with Ingeo, made from plant not oil. Plastic Clamshell (to go container) made from corn, a plant-based derived 100% from domestic plant, not oil. | Plates are from a material called bagasse, more commonly known as sugarcane. In warm climates around the world sugarcane is grown for its cane juice. Commonly, once the juice is extracted, the stalk is either incinerated or discarded. That stalk now represents a “reclaimed resources”, as we are able to break it down into a pulp that can be used to make products that would otherwise be made from tree fiber. Our sugarcane products from Eco-products are certified compostable by the Biodegradable Products Institute (ASTM 6868,BPI). |
